Windsong
2005 16 hh Bay Oldenburg filly by Welcome S (Oldenburg)
www.phr.com/pageDisplay.aspx?pid=newsdisplay&newsId=4740 Out of Lipizzan mare Decima who is also Oldenburg GOV approved for breeding. Windsong was presented at the Oldenburg Inspection on Sept. 18th the Inspectors thought she had fabulous movement and that she would make a wonderful dressage horse. “Windy” is going well under saddle; she is very calm and level headed with lovely gaits, FEI potential.
Successfully competed in recognized shows this year, placed first or second in all classes but 1, scores mostly upper 60's to 72%. Won largest class of the day in Tyler, Texas against stiff opposition with a score of 72%. Windsong is a pleasure to work with, she has a lovely temperament, is kind and not marish. Windy is good for Farrier, Vet, to trailer and is calm and willing at shows, she receives 8's on gaits is sound and has never had any illness. Windy showed Training level this year but is schooling first and second level and has started flying changes. $20,000 OBO

Lucinda

2001 15.3 hh Grey Trakehner cross Lipizzan mare by Leonidas
www.americantrakehner.com/stallions/Leonidas.asp out of Lipizzan mare Decima. Lucy has half Lipizzan papers under the name Destiny, she can also be registered half Trakehner. Lucy is a beautiful mare who was brilliant as a 4 yr old. I showed her successfully and was preparing her for the Young Horse Championships when she became unwell on the trip home from the Selection Trials in Ohio. She later tested positive for EPM. She was treated successfully with Navigator and has since shown no symptoms. Lucy was never neurologic, only showing slight stiffness and reduction of her brilliant gaits. She moves beautifully at the walk and trot, but her canter is still slightly stiff. Lucy has been ridden recently and is pictured with working student Beth Eaton who showed her in October at the Lazy E Dressage Classic, Lucinda and Beth were Training Level Jr Champions. $5,000.00 OBO

Da Vinci

2004 17 hh Grey Trakehner cross Lipizzan gelding by Onassis www.flyingchange.com/onassis.html I started Vince under saddle earlier this year and he is progressing very well, he has a lovely floaty trakehner trot which is easy to sit, he moves off the leg well both forward and sideways and is going over his back very nicely at the walk and trot, not quite there at the canter yet. This is a big horse with big movement, lots of potential. Video available soon. $17,500.00 OBO

Rousseau

“Rudy” is a 7 yr old 16.3 hh black Oldenburg GOV gelding by Routinier http://www.heritagemanorfarm.com/hmf/article/3562 out of Verlieben. Information and many videos, including 2 of Steffen Peters riding Routinier are available on the Heritage Manor web-site. Rudy is ODS Horse of the Year and has been shown extensively at training and first level and a couple of times at second in Texas and Oklahoma with many firsts and Championships, scores to 76%. Rudy is currently schooling third level and my intention was to show him at this level in 2011 but when my arena collapsed from the weight of snow on Feb 1st all my plans changed. I am too busy with the tear down and rebuilding of the arena and trying to keep all my clients’ horses going to find time to ride my own horses. Rudy is a very talented horse who naturally moves uphill, he does need a confident rider as he can be spooky. Loads and travels well, good for Farrier/Vet etc. I think Rudy would say that he is ready to give his all and shine at GP for a talented young rider who has time to spend with him, he would like to be an “only horse” not one of many!
$35,000.00 OBO. This is my Baby so the right home is paramount.
